POPPY TALLULAH

I am a Hair and Makeup Artist based in Sussex, specialising in Bridal & Events. Over the past 10 years I have been lucky enough to travel around the UK and Europe creating modern, stylish hair and makeup looks.

I trained at the prestigious London College of Fashion in 2012, gaining a BA Hons in Fashion Hair and Makeup.Throughout my training I also worked with the reputable team at London’s Percy & Reed hair salons, assisting on advertising campaigns and collections. Alongside this building up my own portfolio of fashion and bridal work.

Working in the industry means I’m on top of current trends. Previously I have worked for MAC cosmetics and I’m a self confessed make up hoarder! My eye is always on the look out for new products and tools for my kit.I get a lot of requests for natural but stylish makeup; radiant, effortless skin is my favourite.  I strive for the highest standards of makeup, using both my artistic talent, knowledge of quality products and tried and tested techniques. Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier, Armani Beauty, MAC and Natasha Denona are a few of my favourite brands.

I'm passionate about creating beautiful, relaxed and unstructured hairstyles. I take inspiration from fashion, rather than your typical 'bridal' hair looks. From me you'll see no matchy matchy bridesmaid hairstyles, I  create different hairstyles to suit your bridesmaids which will harmonise with you and the rest of the bridal party. I love creating romantic twisted updos, soft hollywood waves, sleek buns, textured waves, unique veils and accessories. I am available for Blow drys, Hair ups and Bridal Hair styling. 

My passion for both hair and makeup allows me to tailor individual looks for brides. I especially love working on weddings that are injected with personality. My clients come to me as they still wish to feel like themselves on their wedding day!

As well as my bridal work I absolutely love creating more glamorous looks for Proms, Graduation Ceremonies, Christmas Parties, Engagement Parties and other Special Occasions.
